Mehali Papers Pvt. Ltd is setting up a modern 150,000 tpa coated board mill in Dahej, Gujarat. This machine has a trim of 3750 mm at reel and a mechanical speed of 600 mpm. The Stock Preparation line is supplied by Voith and dispergers by Andritz. The Wet End Approach flow for all the four wires is supplied by Voith. Engineering for the entire ETP is done by Voith. The Wet End is a 4 ply, 5 wire. Four online bar/blade coaters with modern Color Kitchen from ABB Cellier is installed. Calender is from Gapcon & Winder is from Globe.
